You can look years younger in practically no time through the magic of wrinkle reducers like Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau and Xeomin®. These injections erase the wrinkles and creases that appear as we age, such as moderate to severe frown lines, forehead furrows, and crow’s feet. They only take a few minutes and there is no downtime necessary, so you can get back to your normal activities immediately following your treatment.
Wrinkles on your face are caused when your facial muscles contract under your skin when you express emotions. Through the years, those expression lines start to linger longer and can become more pronounced. Wrinkle reducers like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin work by reducing the contractions of the muscles that cause those persistent frown lines and crow’s feet.
After treatment, most clients see results within a few days. Your skin will remain smooth and unwrinkled for up to four months. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin can be combined with other cosmetic procedures, such as facial fillers, for further skin enhancement.
Besides price, what is the difference among them? Dysport seems to diffuse a bit more, so it may be used to treat broader areas of wrinkling such as the forehead. Because Dysport dosage is different from Botox, it works quicker and lasts longer than Botox for some people.
Xeomin differs from the two because it doesn’t have any of the additives (protective proteins) found in Botox or Dysport. For this reason, it is sometimes referred to as the "naked Botox." This means that patients are less likely to become resistant to the product.
Our providers will help determine which treatment is best for you.
All dermal fillers are not the same. They may be made of different materials or have different sized particles. One dermal filler may target different areas of the face than another. Depending on your goals, our professionals will help you decide which dermal filler is right for you.
Juvéderm®
Now there is a nonsurgical treatment that restores a youthful appearance to your skin – from fine lines to deep wrinkles. Juvéderm® is an injectable gel that is safe and long-lasting.
Made from hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that helps maintain skin volume and hydration, Juvéderm creates a fuller appearance by plumping the skin to add volume. Treatment is safe and has no recovery period. Best of all, results that can last up to a year!
Restylane® / Perlane®
Restylane® and Perlane® are dermal fillers that provide lift and volume to your skin while helping to diminish fine lines. A long-lasting gel made of a natural substance called hyaluronic acid, Restylane and Perlane are injected into the skin with an ultra-fine needle. The hyaluronic acid supplements the body's age-depleted hyaluronic acid to plump up the lip or to raise the skin and 'fill in' the particular wrinkle being treated.
The difference between Restylane and Perlane is the size of the particle (Perlane contains more hyaluronic acid). This means that Perlane does a better job of filling deep lines while Restylane is used in fine lines or in thin-skinned people. These products last between six and nine months, although individuals will have varied results. Perlane is an excellent treatment for wrinkle correction, lip enhancement, smile lines, and deep folds.
Radiesse®
Radiesse® is a dermal filler that is used to rapidly correct facial lines and wrinkles, particularly the “smile lines” that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds).
Radiesse is made up of tiny, smooth calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres that work below the skin's surface to support the skin and make it appear fuller. Not only does Radiesse add volume, but it also stimulates skin to produce new collagen. The youthful appearance that you gain from Radiesse usually lasts from 6 months to over a year.
Belotero Balance®
Belotero Balance® is an injectable gel of hyaluronic acid that is particularly helpful for moderate-to-severe wrinkles and lines around the mouth, including nasolabial folds, vertical lip lines (above the lip), smile lines, corner lines, and chin wrinkles.
PDO NovaThreads®
NovaThreads® are sutures that are made from a biocompatible material called PDO (Polydioxanone), which has been specially designed for safe re-absorption by the body. NovaThreads® remain in place for about four to six months, after which point they slowly dissolve.
Patients can, however, expect to keep seeing the results of their NovaThreads® lift for a year or more after their treatment. This long-lasting effect arises from the lingering improvement in skin condition that results from collagen infusion.
NovaThreads® come in several different varieties: Barbed sutures, which are ideal for gathering skin (and therefore producing more lifting action) and straight or curved smooth sutures. Smooth sutures produce less of a lift, but they are excellent for collagen stimulation.
Patients often have smooth sutures placed in strategic locations around their face (such as the corner of the mouth or along the brows) in order to target common problem areas where the signs of aging become particularly apparent. Barbed sutures, on the other hand, are placed near the hairline in order to gently pull back the skin and lift the cheeks and jowls.
Having NovaThreads® placed is relatively quick and easy for the patient.
First, local anesthesia will be used to numb the areas that are going to be treated, then a small instrument (a thin cannula or needle) will be used to insert the threads below the skin. This entire process usually takes just 30 to 45 minutes, and the patient is free to return to work afterward.

The use of Blood Concentrates is becoming more and more popular in medical Aesthetics by using your own cells instead of a synthetic alternative in a quest for a younger and fresher look.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections have been used as a stand-alone treatment for the face that stimulates new collagen, enhances microcirculation and regrowth of new healthy skin. Platelet-Rich Plasma is also commonly used for popular treatments like Vampire Facial® and the Vampire Facelift®.
What is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)?
Platelet-Rich Plasma, also known as PRP, is a high concentration of your own platelets in a small volume of plasma that contains various growth factors. Using PRP in combination with Micro-needling can help remodel and repair skin damage and create new skin.
How is the PRP collected?
Step 1: Utilizing a specialized blood collection tube, a practitioner draws a small amount of blood similar to what is required for a basic lab test.
Step 2: The tube is then placed into a centrifuge which spins the blood at a very high speed, causing the platelets to separate from other components of the blood.
Step 3: Once the platelets are concentrated into the plasma they can be applied to the treatment area. Activation causes platelets to release essential growth factors and signaling proteins, which are responsible for the healing process.
Who is a candidate for Platelet-Rich Plasma Injections?
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections are a great option for almost anyone because it is a natural procedure with minimal side effects.
Better than PRP??
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a second generation to Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), PRF, is an all-natural solution that can treat areas in the face that show the first signs of aging, like under-eye hollows, deflated cheeks, neck rejuvenation and in the scalp for hair restoration.
Harvested PRP has platelets, fibrin and white blood cells, which helps achieve wound healing, collagen production and improved elasticity.
PRF contains a very high concentration of white blood cells, fibrin and a small number of stem cells found circulating in our bloodstream.
PRF becomes a gel after 15 to 20 minutes of being isolated and immediately upon being injected or microneedled into the face or scalp. This process allows it to be used for cosmetic volume and hair restoration.
PRF is taken from your own blood. Prior to the treatment, one vial of blood is drawn. Next, the blood is placed inside a centrifuge designed to separate PRF from other blood components. After spinning, the PRF is harvested from the top of the vial into a syringe.
PRF is then used in combination with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to enhance facial volume. Our practice has had excellent results using a combination of PRF and Restylane to rejuvenate under-eye hollows.
PRF is performed in a series of treatments, spaced six to eight weeks apart. Results typically last one to three weeks and the volume will essentially dissipate. Long-term effects, such as skin tightening, collagen production and enhanced skin quality, may take up to three to four months to be noticed and can last from six to 12 months. The visibility of expected benefits and results of the PRF treatment is typically seen after six weeks from initial treatment.
Most people are a good candidate for PRF treatments, depending on each individual's concerns. PRF can actually thin the hyaluronic acid filler and allow for a smoother, more natural-looking injection for patients seeking filler treatment but have thin skin.

Aquagold® Fine Touch™ is a new microchanneling treatment to improve damaged skin with no bruising or down time. Aquagold is a revolutionary microneedle device that contains 24 karat needles, each of which is smaller than a hair follicle. This device delivers products such as platelet-rich-plasma, dermal fillers, muscle relaxants, retinol, and antioxidants directly into the skin.
Applying anti-aging products directly under the skin allows them to be absorbed much more effectively and with a much longer duration of effectiveness because these products do not have to bypass the natural protective barrier of the skin. Deeper penetration of these active ingredients results in a more healthy and vibrant appearance of the skin.
Aquagold® is a versatile tool for treating a number of cosmetic facial issues such as:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Acne scarring
- Decreased skin elasticity
- Loss of facial volumeDepending on a patient’s concerns and desired results, we are able to fully customize the solution to be applied with the microchannel device.Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) are two of the ingredients that can be used in the treatment.
They offer the following benefits:
- Stimulates collagen and elastin production to thicken and tighten thinning skin
- Improves skin tone and texture
- Smooths fine lines and wrinkles
- Acts as an antioxidant and has hydrating properties
Some of these benefits can be seen immediately, but will improve gradually over months.
- The solution can be customized with other ingredients to maximize results.
- Dysport®, Botox® or Xeomin® in small levels at the surface of the skin, where it is not near a muscle, improves the size of the pores, and decreases redness over time. This can help acne. The muscle relaxants provide a natural, gentle smoothing of the skin.
- Deeper wrinkles often require larger needles and more volume. Microchanneling with dermal fillers like Restylane® provides a natural-looking increase in skin suppleness.
LATISSE® is the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment for sparse, stumpy eyelashes. It promotes growth of longer, fuller, and darker eyelashes.
LATISSE® makes lash growth possible because of its active ingredient, bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is unknown, LATISSE® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in two ways. First, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase.
LATISSE® solution is a once-a-day treatment you apply topically to the base of your upper eyelashes. Gradually, lush lashes become visible. You may start to see more length in as little as 4 weeks and you should achieve full growth in 16 weeks. It’s not an illusion of growth. It’s your own eyelashes – only better.

The Vi Peel is a pharmaceutical-grade chemical peel, that is produced by Vitality Institute Medical Products, a manufacturer of medical-grade skin care treatments that address the signs of aging and common skin damage problems. The Vi Peel can help reduce the effects of sun damage and reduce signs of melasma. The main benefit of the Vi Peel is the reduction of pain and discomfort commonly associated with chemical peels.
As with any facial chemical peel, Vi Peel works when the technician spreads a chemical evenly across the skin. The chemical reacts with the skin and creates micro damage that causes skin to blister and peel off, thus removing the top layers of skin to allow new tissue to grow more easily. The damage caused to the skin on the one hand removes older skin cells, and at the same time helps stimulate collagen production, in order to heal the skin faster.
One of the differences between a Vi Peel and other chemical peels is that the Vi Peel is contains an anesthetic. This is to lower patient discomfort during this professional skin care procedure. Patients using Vi Peel usually report feeling a stinging sensation at the beginning of peel, which tends to subside when the anesthetic sets in.
Some areas that are commonly treated with Vi Peel include:
- Face
- Neck
- Hands
- Chest
The VI Peel® contains a synergistic blend of powerful ingredients suitable for all skin types. This peel provides dramatic results with virtually no pain, no skin preparation and little downtime. Why wait weeks or months for results? Enjoy radiant, younger looking skin in about a week with the VI Peel!
Prices start at $175, call today for more information or to schedule your Vi Peel appointment.
Immediately brighten and revitalize dull, tired-looking complexions with a Diamond head microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion removes unwanted dead skin cells and vacuums them off to reveal healthy skin. This is great for sensitive to strong skin types.

Regular removal can improve the appearance of:
- Brown Spots
- Shallow acne scars
- Hyperpigmentation (Melasma)
- Sun-Damaged skin
- Dull or aging skin
- Fine lines and wrinkles

Micro needling is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. The needles are used to puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. Through the process of neovascularization and neocollagenesis, there is improvement in skin texture and firmness, as well as reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks.
Micro-needling is cost-effective, and can be done on areas of skin that may not be suitable for peeling or laser resurfacing, such as around the eyes and mouth, hands, and chest. The procedure is well tolerated by patients with minimal downtime, and can be easily personalized by going deeper on some areas where skin damage requires a more aggressive approach.
Microneedling is a safe, chemical-free method that triggers new collagen production, that can be performed on all skin colors and types, it is sometimes the preferred treatment over laser as there is no risk of burning the patient.
The Rejuvapen treatment is a micro-needling treatment that stimulates the production of collagen in the skin. This medical grade treatment not only will improve the skins appearance, but also can be used to treat hyper-pigmentation, stretch marks, acne scars and fine lines and wrinkles.
The advantage of the Rejuvapen™ compared to other treatments is that it not only activates cell regeneration, it also enhances the absorption of active ingredients into the skin during the treatment before the skin closes.

If you have frequent breakouts or excess facial hair, laser hair removal and microdermabrasion techniques may not be effective for creating a smooth, youthful look. Dermaplaning offers one alternative for people who are not getting results with microdermabrasion, and is designed to remove the dead skin cells on the top layer of skin using a small surgical blade. This is a non-invasive procedure that gently removes the top layer of skin to leave it looking smooth, vibrant and hair-free.
Here’s a close look at the benefits and drawbacks of the derma planing procedure:
Dermaplaning can be performed every 3 to 4 weeks and typically removes several weeks of dead skin cell buildup. It is relatively safe on most skin types.
The treatment is performed quickly and does not cause any pain. Dermaplaning is designed primarily to remove vellous hair, the type of hair that is commonly referred to as ‘peach fuzz’, a very fine hair that the body develops to stay warm. The appearance of vellous hair is more pronounced in some people than in others, and dermaplaning can help to remove this type of hair temporarily.
Benefits of Dermaplaning:
Dermaplaning is often considered to be a ‘manual exfoliation’ technique because it effectively gets rid of the outer layer of skin to leave the skin much smoother. This procedure does not cause any trauma to the skin, and can be performed several times throughout the year for better results.
Some of the key benefits of dermaplaning include:
- Helps exfoliate skin with broken capillaries
- Offers better results than traditional microdermabrasion
- Little downtime
- Skin is only slightly red and puffy after the treatment
- Can temporarily remove fine, downy hair with ease
- Performed just like shaving
- Can be performed with a chemical peel
Potential Drawbacks of Dermaplaning:
While dermaplaning offers several benefits, there are also some drawbacks to this procedure. People with very sensitive skin may not be good candidates for this procedure because it is among the more aggressive skin exfoliation and rejuvenation treatments available. The skin may peel naturally after the procedure, especially if you are undergoing the treatment every two to three weeks. This means you will need to use an emollient-rich moisturizer day and night as the peeling process begins, and ensure that the skin does not get too dry.
Dermaplaning is not designed for people with acne or those who experience frequent breakouts because it can trigger over activity of the sebaceous glands. When someone has acne, they need their vellous hairs to expunge the oil that typically builds up under the skin. If the vellous hairs are removed because of the dermaplaning procedure, the individual may experience more breakouts and even more severe acne.
